What our digital project manager does

You’ll be the main point of contact for your projects, which you oversee from A to Z. You’ll talk to (prospective) clients, look for the match between their needs and our solutions, and create personalised proposals. Along the way, you’ll make sure everyone is on the same page, and stays there.

Together with your account manager, you’ll keep the budget in check, as well as our team of developers and designers. Chaos? Not your thing. You set priorities and manage your projects efficiently, with minimal stress.

What we are looking for

Our ideal project manager is enthusiastic, and wild about the web and apps. We’re looking for someone with experience in marketing and content strategy, as well as with complex web projects like building digital platforms. Do you also bring the following? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for:

  • You’ve managed substantial budgets before.
  • Through networking and learning, you stay up to date with what’s happening in the industry.
  • You are proactive and think in terms of solutions.
  • You’re a confident presenter who inspires clients and colleagues.
  • You build relationships easily and like teamwork.
  • You’re not afraid to make mistakes, but you take responsibility for them.
  • You’re at home in AI tools and remain critical when assessing their output.
  • Extra points if you love innovation and are curious.

What's in it for you

  • A competitive salary package with nice benefits, including six additional days of annual leave, a MacBook Pro, mobile phone subscription, meal and eco vouchers, group insurance, a public transport pass, bicycle allowance and an annual budget for conferences.
  • A cozy, brand-new office on the outskirts of Ghent.
  • Two days of remote work per week (if you want).
  • Interesting and diverse projects for a wide range of companies.
  • A lot of trust, room for initiative and a great atmosphere.
